The setting of hotel was great, in allocated area. The staff was courteous. We had a fairly quiet room, also there were a heating system, coffee and a kettle...

Thank you for a really great stay. Enjoyed it - the place is newly decorated and quirky and suited me fine. The best thing is location - short walk to Perth. Moreover, getting to the lake on foot takes 10 minutes.

Has to be the staff and the design of dining room and lounge bar
We had pipes running along wall which radiated a great amount of heat as well as the radiators never being fully cool although turned to zero. As room faced busy street could not leave windows open at night because of traffic noise, although even with windows closed the traffic noise could still be heard but worse still there was a takeaway Pegasus directly opposite hotel which was open until 4am causing even more noise.Sunday morning we went down for breakfast at 7.30 only to be told dinng room did not open until 8am. Three other guests in same position. So all in all I paid £240 for 2 sleepless nights 1 cereal 1 fried breakfast 2 orange juice 2 toast and 2 cups of tea. Very very expensive

The staff were super friendly, especially Aga! She made us feel right at home 😊. the room was really dirty and lacked proper heating, just a fan heater. Still, great location!

We booked a family trip to explore the nearby attractions and were grateful that we didn't end up staying here due to the condition of the room. It was super dirty with only a fan heater available for warmth, and we heard about a fire that occurred during our intended stay. I appreciated the friendly demeanor of the staff and the location's proximity to town. I must mention the burger I had for dinner, which was cooked to perfection and truly enjoyable, especially after a tough start to our stay.

Firstly our room was not ready untill 2.50pm arriving at the room the cleaner was still cleaning. The windows were full open we were greeted with a very noisey air conditioning unit in a stifling hot uncomfortable overheated room, the room itself was of reasonable decor. We immediately asked to be moved only to be told they were fully booked and we could be moved for 1 night only of our 2 night stay. We were absolutely sweating the heat was immense, after returning from dinner at 9.30pmand told we can only be moved for 1 night we decided to leave the hotel and regretably drive home.

Room was small and cramped and the bathroom was old a rickerty.
